1. Membership Agreement
1.1 By enrolling in KV Lagree, you agree to abide by the terms and conditions outlined herein.
1.2 Membership fees are due in accordance with the selected membership plan. Details of the plans and associated benefits are available on our website.
1.3 Membership duration, renewal conditions, and any applicable fees for renewal are specified in the membership plan.

2. Payment and Billing
2.1 We accept all credit and debit cards for membership payments.
2.2 Billing cycles, late payment fees, and any additional charges are outlined on our app when booking.
2.3 Cancellation requests must be submitted in accordance with the cancellation policy. Refund details can be found in Section 5.

3. Code of Conduct
3.1 Members are expected to conduct themselves in a respectful and considerate manner within the gym premises.
3.2 Hygiene standards, proper equipment usage, and courteous communication are essential.

4. Safety Rules
4.1 Members should adhere to safety guidelines provided by instructors and posted within the gym.
4.2 It is advisable to consult with a healthcare professional before commencing any fitness program.
4.3 Grip socks are required for safety and hygiene - no exceptions. They are available for purchase at the studio.

5. Class Reservations and Cancellations
5.1 Procedures for reserving and canceling classes are detailed on our app when booking.
5.2 No-shows and late cancellations may be subject to penalties.
5.3 There is a grace period of 5 minutes. Late cancel fee is $15.00 8 hours prior to scheduled class plus the loss of class. $25 fee for all no shows plus the loss of class.

6.1 KV Lagree is not liable for any injuries, health issues, or damages that may occur during workouts.
6.2 Members are encouraged to seek medical advice before participating in any fitness program.

7. Intellectual Property
7.1 All intellectual property related to KV Lagree, including but not limited to workout programs and branding, is the exclusive property of KV Lagree.
7.2 Unauthorized use of the gym's name, logo, or materials is prohibited.

8. Termination of Membership
8.1 Memberships may be terminated for violations of gym rules, non-payment, or other specified reasons with or without notice.
